Some people say that this restaurant is the memory of Taichung people.
After being recommended by a friend, this restaurant has become a restaurant that I will definitely consider when eating hot pot!
Why consider it instead of just visiting? Because the portion is so big, one pot can be eaten as two meals each time 🤣, and I can barely stop eating! So I was very happy to eat it for two people👋

This time I ordered the signature dish - Gaiting cheese milk pork pot, $200
The milk pot is not watery, and every bite is full of rich milk aroma!
Before the food is cooked, you can find long cheese strips in the pot! Guaranteed rich flavor throughout the pot! The whole pot is always milky white no matter how you turn it, and the taste is milky from beginning to end👍
Moreover, glass noodles and white rice are no longer two choices for small hot pot, both are available! The portions of meat slices and vegetables are just as big, and there is tofu in them! Several large pieces of tofu skin! The quantity of hot pot ingredients is slightly different in each branch. The amount I ate this time is acceptable to me. Each hot pot ingredient is also very big, which is quite interesting!

I started to hiccup while eating, so I took it home without saying a word and turned it into my second meal. One meal is worth two meals. It’s delicious and cost-effective!
⚠️PS. There is taro in it! If you don’t want taro, remember to tell the store clerk in advance!

Another thing worth mentioning is the fish floss rice!
There is no need to increase the price for fish floss rice, every pot is served directly with fish floss rice!
People who like fish floss rice really shouldn’t try it!

It is strongly recommended to have an extra empty bowl when eating. After all, a hot pot full of ingredients will cause the delicious soup base to keep gushing out, which would be a shame! This is a soup base that you can drink up without any problem👌

This time I tried an extra drink - Matcha Pearl Milk Tea $60

Fresh milk teas are all 500cc and do not provide sweetness adjustment with ice cubes.
What's also surprising is that it has a thick layer of milk cap and matcha powder. Overall, it's not amazing, but it's a matcha pearl milk tea that doesn't taste bad. The cap is a bit "hard", but as for the actual taste... I think everyone can come and try it out in person!

One pot is... such a big pot + a bowl of fish floss rice Suckling pig pot $200

The fish floss rice also comes with a lot of fish floss, not just a handful on top.

You can find a long strip of cheese inside the pig pot! It will eventually melt and go directly into the soup. It would be a pity not to finish the soup!

The meat, vegetables and ingredients are all abundant! (You see there are fried dough sticks)

The tofu skin is super large and there are more than just one piece!

You really need to use an empty bowl to hold the cooked ingredients, otherwise it will be too full and the soup will keep spilling out while it is boiling!

I've eaten half of the rice with fish floss, and there's still so much food... (I am the type of person who eats one meal and eats one dish at a time)

Matcha bubble milk tea $60

You have to open the lid and drink with a straw. That lid is not for people who have milk caps and ingredients to drink 😂
