Located near Taichung's Yizhong Street, "Ji-Ting Kimchi Hotpot Double Ten Main Store" is a hotpot restaurant famous for its kimchi pots. The decor follows a minimalist and comfortable style, making it a relaxing dining experience. I particularly like the spicy milk cheese hotpot; the broth is rich with a hint of spiciness, complemented by the thick aroma of cheese, making it incredibly delicious! The ingredients are also very fresh, enhancing the overall texture and flavor of the pot.
However, there is a minor drawback in that some meat slices stick together, which makes it harder for them to cook thoroughly, so you need to pay extra attention while eating. Additionally, the portions here are quite sufficient, and you feel very full after finishing a pot, which is definitely enough for those with a bigger appetite.
Unfortunately, this place used to charge only 170 NTD per pot, but now the price has increased to 240 NTD. Despite the slight price increase, the restaurant remains popular and still requires waiting in line. However, in recent years, the queues seem to have reduced, perhaps due to the price increase.
In conclusion, "Ji-Ting Kimchi Hotpot" is still worth trying, especially for its unique broth and rich ingredients, making it an unmissable option around Taichung's Yizhong Street.
