This was my first time eating at a kaiten sushi chain from the Tohoku region of Japan. I was originally quite eager to see if there would be any differences, but from my personal perspective, it seems like not much has changed and there isn't any major novelty. However, the sushi was still tasty on average, with good handling of the rice and decent freshness of the sushi ingredients, so I still rate it four stars.
If I were to recommend a dish, you should try their tempura fried vegetables, which are really crispy, juicy, and delicious! Their fried oysters are also very tasty. It sounds like a kaiten sushi place that is overshadowed by its fried offerings. 😂
Although the experience isn’t very different from other kaiten sushi brands, I would still recommend making a reservation for the dining time, as there are still many people coming to savor the experience.
