I visited the new restaurant with my gourmet friend. I already like conveyor belt sushi. I heard that Hiroku’s fish dishes are very good, so I went to check it out.
The store on Songzhu Road is relatively far from the city center. When you park your car, you can hear the national electronics next to it. The store is clean, bright, comfortable and spacious, and there is space for bags under the dining table seats. However, in order to let everyone see the food, there are no photos of the store decorations this time XD
In addition, the drinks are different from other conveyor belt sushi in that instead of setting up green tea at the table where you add tea bags or tea powder, you can take hot and cold drinks from the self-service bar, which includes Chinese sour plum soup, honey chrysanthemum tea, and grass jelly licorice tea. , there are also Western-style coffee latte and other options for you to choose from.

There are many choices in the beverage bar. I tried both sour plum soup (ice) and matcha milk (hot) for both hot and cold drinks. The sour plum soup itself tastes bland and has no Chinese medicinal flavor. Matcha milk is sweeter and is suitable for people who have a sweet tooth and children. But matcha The powder is very fragrant! Later, I discovered that hot brown rice tea is more suitable. In addition, the sweetness of the jelly grass gancha is very eye-catching, and it feels like drinking hot jelly grass.
The sauces on the table include soy sauce and ginger. The young ginger is really spicy and delicious😋Wasami needs to be taken on the rotating table.
A plate of flying fish roe warship is 40 yuan. It’s so fun to start with overflowing flying fish eggs🥳 The flying fish roe itself tastes sweet, crispy and fresh.
Salmon belly sushi 40 yuan. Although it is a long and slender piece of meat, the salmon is indeed his signature. The meat is tender and fresh, and it is super delicious when dipped in wasabi 😋
Hanazhi flounder tempura 90 yuan. I find it difficult to eat halibut, so I watched it wildly. The rice noodles used are very fine and paired with fresh flower branches and firm-fleshed halibut, which preserves the moisture and freshness very well. It's great with daikon, mustard, pepper and salt. But I’ve been looking for seven-flavor powder XD
Oyster miso soup 100 yuan. The oysters are huge! And there are two~ It's a pity that the sweetness I was looking forward to was not very obvious. Instead, the fish pieces on the side were very generous. Those who like it can try it.

Eel Tamagoyaki 70 yuan. I think this is a pity. The eel is delicious and the tamagoyaki is also delicious, but the combination of the two flavors does not make them stand out individually. Tamagoyaki is very thick❤️
Grilled halibut sushi NT$40 Now I feel so hungry after looking at it⋯Although he is not as fleshy and elastic as the fins, the grilled taste with mayonnaise is just right👍
Huazhi thin noodle warship 40 yuan. Using the crispness and sweetness of raw flower branches and flying fish eggs, it has a very special texture.
Rice grilled bonito 60 yuan. A good or bad dish~ If you like a strong bonito/bonito flavor, you can try it.
Flounder fins are NT$90. All I can say is that it’s expensive. The fins are made of meaty bombs. After one bite, I wondered why there is no QQ.
Tangyang Chicken 70 yuan. Unlike the tempura breading, it was slightly disappointing that it tasted dry, which was different from the expected juiciness and tenderness.
Smoked salmon sushi 40 yuan It's a pity that the meat tastes dry~ Sure enough, smoked salmon is still suitable for salad.
Pumpkin and crab meat chawanmushi 100 yuan. What's more special is that his pumpkin puree may have cream or milk mixed in it? It tastes rich and milky, making the whole plate of chawanmushi rich. There is also a lot of material.
Special dish - Sendai Maru 120 yuan. It feels like a meteorite-like container with dry ice inside XD
From top to bottom, they are scallops, salmon, cobia, and salmon...the taste is too luxurious QQ
Matcha red bean white jade (hot) 60 yuan Matcha is bitter, but red beans are sweet XD It tastes like a tongue-splitting dish, but the red beans are relatively hard, which is a pity.
Double flavor Taiyaki ice cream 90 yuan. Vanilla ice cream⋯very hard XD The taiyaki is made with cream and red beans, and the ice cream is delicious with toasted walnuts.

第一次來吃屬於日本東北地區的迴轉壽司連鎖店,原本還滿期待會不會吃起來有所差異的地方,但以個人主觀角度而言,好像還好,也沒有什麼太大的新意,但壽司平均來說還是好吃的,無論是米粒的處理,或是壽司食材的新鮮度都還不錯,所以還是給到四顆星。 如果要推薦菜色,可以點他的炸野菜天婦羅,真的酥脆多汁又好吃!還有他的炸牡蠣也非常好吃。這樣聽起來好像是一家被炸物耽誤的迴轉壽司店🤣 雖然說吃起來跟其他迴轉壽司品牌沒有差很多,但建議用餐時間還是先預定好,因為目前前來朝聖用餐的人潮還是很多。

我心心念念的壽司,這次終於吃到了!先前看到網路好多好評,這次終於有機會來吃了!🥹🥹🥹 📍先用一句話總結自己的心得: 海裡游的要嚐嚐,陸上跑的念念舊。 (翻譯:海鮮很讚,陸上跑的肉類較一般,不會特別驚艷但也不會不好吃) 海鮮類新鮮,魚肉又嫩又甜,每一口都值得閉眼享受一下☺️。 種類很多,握壽司、軍艦、壽司捲之外,也有豐富的副食:天婦羅/炸物、茶碗蒸、味噌湯、拉麵/麵食、甜點。 除此之外,很多選擇都是其他店面不常見的:不僅有生魚片、炙燒款,還可以碰到不常吃到的海鮮(我不常看到的啦👀)、店內創意搭配款,也有具有特色的季節性產品、單店限定款、特色菜單,很豐富,也讓人很想嘗試每一種類!(但胃納量真的不夠啊!) 口味上,每個壽司都不會主動放芥末(不過炸物可能會撒芥末椒鹽),可能是為了配合大眾、小孩的口味,因此不會有重鹹重甜款,自己有需求都可以再自行沾醬、加芥末,也有很多選項並非都是大人口味,來這裡小孩也能擇其所愛! 不過既然都難得來吃了,我當然主要選海鮮與不常見的商品來吃啦😎! 今日的食物和照片說明一樣留給下面👇,這裡補充一些其他的用餐體驗: 1️⃣ 飲料自助吧 冷熱都有,從玄米茶到柳橙汁、仙草甘茶到咖啡拿鐵,都包在服務當中,無限暢飲! 個人體驗: ✅ 冷/熱玄米茶-吃壽司必配 ✅ 熱仙草甘茶-很像喝燒仙草,偏甜。 2️⃣ 送餐機器人 從一開始的帶位服務、補充紙巾等等,都是送餐機器人。 帶位到點後,機器人會說明用餐規則,我覺得對於店內營運效率來說很有幫助! (機器人還有裝扮很可愛🤣) 3️⃣ 迴轉壽司及軌道送餐車併行 如同其他迴轉壽司,可選擇從迴轉的輸送帶上拿,或是主動用平板點餐。 個人推薦直接點餐比較快,輸送帶上並沒有放全部的餐點,除此之外,輸送帶上的壽司很快就會被拿走了,直接點會比較快! 常常中午不知道要吃什麼就會來一条通點的幾道壽司填飽肚子。我覺得一条通是爭鮮之外最方便取得且便宜的選擇。 🔹環境🔹 這家的座位區很乾淨明亮,冷氣很強,餐具跟茶水醬料都是在座位上可以取得的位置,不用起身走動。 🔹服務🔹 點餐採用平板點餐,餐點會用新幹線造型的輸送帶傳到你的面前,送菜速度真的蠻快的,每家分店的品質都很固定,而且食物擺盤也有及格。 🔹餐點🔹 海膽干貝漢堡很推薦,給人意想不到的味道跟口感,咬下去滿滿的海膽鮮味。 鮭魚子三貫還不錯,鮭魚卵夠大顆,而且鋪得很滿,不用沾醬就可以嚐到一顆顆在口中爆裂的鮭魚卵鹹味,超讚。 味噌湯變得蠻好喝的,沒有上次的魚腥味,加分。 茶碗蒸料很多,有兩塊雞腿肉跟一個扇貝肉,雞腿肉QQ的好吃,但記得以前在別家店有吃到蝦子,不知道是不是改菜單配方了,總之我覺得無論口感還是味道上,放扇貝肉都比放蝦子還要合口味。 旗魚握壽司味道上我覺得沒什麼差,口感則是比較有嚼勁,偏普通。 總體來說還行,品質沒有太差,想不到什麼可以吃的話可以試試看這家喔!

牙套人評論:廁所蠻遠的要走到另一邊。 這間迴轉壽司11:00開門,想要吃到第一批得在電梯排隊。我們11:20到場抽號,差不多等了50分鐘才進場,錯過了第一批的話通常要等1-2小時,連日本人都來吃。 計價方式有四種價格:165、286、396、528日圓。畫單點餐,在單子上填上品項編號、盤數,若不要芥末則打叉,然後交給店員。座位可自取茶水,杯子和醬油碟也隨迴轉,杯子造型頗可愛。 我們點了雙層干貝、鮭魚、甜蝦、大比目魚、青甘、大比目魚鰭邊肉、松葉蟹(單貫)、牡丹蝦(單貫)、螃蟹沙拉軍艦、茶碗蒸、生啤酒。個人推薦雙層干貝和甜蝦,口感鮮甜。 兩個人總共消費了5647日元。食物整體不錯,但如果要等超過兩小時,我可能不會來,不是不好吃,只是沒有那麼值得等這麼久。
