Under the banyan tree, the old shop has now transformed into a cleanly decorated store that is truly stunning!
The dining time has already passed, yet there is still a long queue at 8 PM. I ordered a small portion of rice noodles, a platter of assorted braised dishes, fried squid balls, and traditional red tea.
The rice noodles are filled with plenty of bonito flakes, offering a unique flavor. The braised dishes include items like large intestine and pork belly, which perform quite well. The traditional red tea is rich and aromatic, definitely worth a try.
