A long time ago, I had eaten at this store (Taipei Da’an), and later after the Ximen store opened, I also went with friends. Then suddenly, they opened one in Banqiao as well!! I remember when it first opened, the whole street was filled with that aroma. This time I ordered the following.
▪️Salt and crispy chicken $70 ▪️Sweet and spicy fish cake $40
▪️Rice blood cake $30 ▪️Egg tofu $40
▪️King oyster mushroom $50
In the past, I thought their prices were higher than average salty crispy chicken, but in this era of rising prices, it doesn’t feel as expensive, and instead, I feel the portions are quite generous and the prices are reasonable. Their specialty is the very fragrant garlic flavor!! I really like that taste, and the food is not too greasy when fried, probably because they drain the oil well. Everything I ordered this time was delicious~ very crispy and not too rough on the mouth.
Overall, I personally really enjoy this flavor, and currently, it’s the store I think of when I occasionally crave salty crispy chicken. They have automatic ordering machines on-site and a few small seating areas. The menu is available in many languages, likely following the approach of other stores.
