I want to emphasize that the following photos have no filters!
🔆 The lighting and illumination are great; they were taken directly, showing the real thing!
This is honestly a haven for a filter rookie like me! 😆
(I was so excited after taking the photos that I really felt the need to mention it.)
Back to the point, this place is a shop I've watched grow up 🥹
I remember when it was in this (what I think is) not-so-great location, and now it has gradually transformed into an Instagram-worthy brunch/café, even expanding to become a chain. There are tons of blog recommendations, and even though I'm not the shop owner, I feel so pleased watching it thrive. 🤣
I still remember when I first visited, the shop was spacious with plenty of available seating.
Now it’s reached a level where people are queuing for tables and it even has machines to draw number tickets; it has truly experienced significant growth! 📈
‼️ But! The most amazing thing is! ‼️
💰 The prices have not increased! Prices have not increased! They haven't gone up!
In recent years, prices for many things have gone up; although the menu has seen gradual adjustments and changes, the pricing has remained at the same level!
My friend and I ordered two brunches and a bowl of salad,
and it only cost us $674 in total, just about $500 per person!
Of course, we chose the more economical options; if we selected some set meals or main dishes, it might cost over $300, but honestly, most items are under $300!
🤔 Will such a good deal mean smaller portions?
We finished brunch around 11 AM, spent a couple of hours chatting before dinner at 7 PM.👌
If you have a big appetite, you might get hungry, but for us, with normal appetites, it felt like the portions were about the same as at any regular restaurant.
And then there’s one more point to mention ☝🏻
Since we came for brunch, we didn’t order any desserts,
but each of their desserts looks delicious 🥹
I’ve had their pancakes and cinnamon rolls before, and I remember they tasted amazing. Unfortunately, I had to enjoy them with my eyes this time, but I was still satisfied 🥹
(I’ll just keep the dessert photos for myself; Fooday only allows 20 photos 🥹)
Aside from how impressive the prices are,
I want to mention one more incredible thing 😎
👉 Even with so many people, this café’s vibe is meant for long stays, working, and gatherings with friends.
‼️ So, there's WiFi, power outlets, and no time limit! ‼️
It seems to be the same on weekends (at least when I visit on weekends, I’ve never been rushed because of a time limit).
However, I must say, after gaining popularity, the crowds can be overwhelming.
Some seats are really just small tables for coffee,
and the spacing can be quite close, making it easier to be disturbed.
With so many people, it gets noisy, so it’s not very suitable for a long stay.
But on weekdays, many people genuinely come to read, work, or relax 😎; the atmosphere is quite different. Some people stay from opening until close,
enjoying a bit of white noise and some chatter,
sipping coffee while working, reading, or engaged in calm activities—
that’s really when you should come!
(Am I revealing too many secrets? 🤣)
Although I was initially introduced by friends,
this place is one of my top hidden gems 🥹
Just wanted to share it with everyone 🫶
👇 Next are some exciting, unedited, and unfiltered photos of the actual dishes!
