This time my family and I chose "Kaifanchuan Canteen Zuoying Branch" on the 4th floor of Rainbow Market next to the Xinzuoying High-speed Railway Station as a restaurant for our Mother's Day dinner. After dinner, we can catch the high-speed train and the location is very convenient.

As soon as you sit down, the store will serve you cranberry vinegar, which is perfect for relieving spiciness and fatigue. You can ask the clerk to refill the bottle after you finish it!

The white rice here is priced per head, $35 per person, which is acceptable, because every Sichuan meal is very satisfying. As long as you are not a bird of prey or have a drinking problem, you can basically eat two bowls of rice on average per person. My brother ate five bowls by himself😂

There were 7 of us dining, and we ordered 9 dishes and 1 soup, totaling $4376, which cost less than $600 per person on average. The meals were delicious and filling, and the CP value was quite high~

The most recommended dishes are: Fried Eggs with Sichuan Pepper, Golden Beauty Legs, Drooling Chicken

Overall, most of the meals at "Kaifanchuan Restaurant" are priced between $300-500. In terms of dishes, I personally think the price is on the high side but still acceptable. The point is that the meals are delicious and can almost be eaten. Everything is excellent. I will continue to visit again, and I highly recommend it as a restaurant for gatherings with many people~ (In fact, even if only 3.4 people come to eat, they can still have a good time!)

Drooling chicken $380 This dish should be one of the must-order items for everyone. The sauce for the saliva chicken is sesame sauce with Sichuan peppercorns and sprinkled with peanuts. The sauce alone can make me finish a bowl of rice, and the chicken thigh meat is The skin is very soft and tender, worthy of its name, making people drool all over the floor.
Mapo grilled tofu $280 In fact, I don’t usually like to eat Mapo tofu, but the Mapo tofu served with rice is very good. It is different from the ordinary Mapo tofu in that it has the aroma of peppercorns and sesame. The tofu is cut into a size that is easy to stuff in one bite. It has this One dish, and one more bowl of rice is not a problem
Golden legs $260 This vegetable is also my personal favorite. Beauty Legs are wild rice bamboo shoots, cut into hob shapes and then stir-fried with salted eggs. The golden sand sauce is all over the wild rice bamboo shoots. It’s super delicious and has a lot of portion~
Braised cabbage $240 In fact, it looks ordinary, just a dish of fried cabbage, but the cooking is so good that every piece of cabbage is fried and not greasy. If you want to eat green vegetables, you can order this dish.
Twice cooked pork $300 Personally, I don’t think the pork belly is very tender. Although it is still salty and fragrant, I think it is less special than other meals.
Sichuan pepper fried eggs $280 This egg dish is something I always order every time I have a meal. The eggs should be made in a semi-fried way. The edges are very crispy and the yolk is not fully cooked. It is paired with a medium-spicy sauce and tastes delicious. Very high!
Chicken with Plum Sauce $300 The sauce is sour and sweet. This dish is very appetizing. Children should like it very much. However, I personally think the chicken part is a little hard. If I can only choose one chicken dish, I still recommend the drooling chicken.
Seasonal vegetables $240 Today’s seasonal vegetable is fermented bean curd and water spinach. Water spinach is quite crispy, but the family agrees that this stir-fried dish is not as delicious as cabbage. The seasoning with fermented bean curd is very popular.
Sands Shrimp Balls $400 Each shrimp is very big. After deep-frying, it is stir-fried with salted eggs. The golden sauce is wrapped around the shrimp balls. It is delicious. It is a pity that the sauce is a bit dry, otherwise it would be a crazy rice. The fried taro slices on the side are so delicious, they look like biscuits and make you eat them one bite after another. Even I hate taro and eat them like crazy.
Peeled Chili Mushroom Chicken Soup$480 In addition to chicken, there are king oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and some clams. The peeled peppers are not too spicy, mainly to enhance the aroma. The hot soup is quite comfortable to drink, and the chicken is quite soft and tender.
