The noodles are not too soft. Sometimes they are very chewy and sometimes they are just fine. It depends on how the chef controls the cooking time on the day. For pork, the outer meat tastes a little bit woody. The seasoning is average. The spinach is not too strong. , it tastes very crisp and not soggy (I personally like dishes with a crispy texture). I ordered it last time. I don’t recommend it if you like your food to be a bit soft. And the soup is not too salty. , refreshing and delicious.

As for the fried food, both of them were cold when I picked them up, but they were still quite delicious. The outer skin was not soft. I personally like the fried white fish, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Overall, it's good. I always use it when I go back to my hometown and take the high-speed rail. The price of other restaurants is a bit more expensive, and the waiting time for meals is also long.

Today I finally have to go back to Nantou after a long absence. I have a six-day vacation at a time, so I am very happy to go to the Marukan Noodles in the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Rainbow Market next to the Kaohsiung High Speed ​​Rail Station.

In fact, every time I go back to Nantou and take the high-speed train to Kaohsiung, I will come here to enjoy Wanwan. I think their noodles are very chewy, the staff are polite and the environment is clean, and the fried foods they sell are quite delicious. I recommend the crabs. I occasionally order fried chicken for meat sticks and fried shrimps. After ordering noodles, you must add the crispy oily dregs. People who like chopped green onions can also choose to add green onions as much as they like. I still remind everyone to add as much as they want. How much to avoid waste.

Today I ordered the large clam udon (189 yuan). This should be a limited product of our store. It was not this type when I came here before, so I wanted to try it. I won’t know until I try it. I will be shocked when I try it. After taking a bite, I tried the soup first. It had a strong kombu flavor and a sweet clam flavor, but the noodles were completely tasteless and very bland.
The soup became very salty after eating, and I felt that the sodium content was seriously over the limit, but the soup and noodles are still two separate things. There are 20 clams in total, which is quite a lot, but I don’t recommend it unless you really want to replenish your body🤣

However, other flavors of noodles are still delicious, but this flavor is not to my liking~
