The Zang Sushi in Nangang is a place I often visit with my family. Reflecting on the time when Zang Sushi had just become popular, going to eat there was an eagerly anticipated event. The food was tastier and more varied compared to other conveyor belt sushi places, and the fact that you could get gacha toys made it even fresher and more fun. Now, with many different conveyor belt sushi restaurants emerging, the excitement of eating at Zang Sushi seems to have diminished. However, it still remains a good option for my family when we don’t know what to eat, especially when we’re not too hungry. Conveyor belt sushi is very convenient, allowing us to decide how much we want to eat.

The descriptions of the dishes for this meal are in the photos, and overall, it was quite good. Sushi Lang does a pretty good job with quality control; each branch doesn’t differ too much in taste. Most of the items we ordered this time were things we commonly eat, but I don't know if it’s because we've had better quality at other conveyor belt sushi places that made me feel the freshness and delicacy of Sushi Lang wasn’t as high as it used to be. Nevertheless, it was still very delicious and nothing was a disappointment.

Members of the Nangang branch can park for free every month (with a limit on the number of times), and we didn’t have to wait in line during our weekday visit. However, there can be long queues on weekends. Due to its high convenience, we will continue to revisit.

Conveyor Belt Sushi Table
Cream Cheese Crab Flavor Stick Sushi Suddenly craving crab sticks, so I just grabbed some 😆 That mound of cream cheese on top is~~~~~super rich; combining tasty things with other tasty things makes it even better 😋
Half-Cooked Egg Tuna Gunkan The idea of pairing half-cooked egg with this is quite clever, and the unexpected texture turned out to be pretty good. The tuna has a rich feel because it's mixed with the half-cooked egg yolk. If you like both of these ingredients, you should definitely give it a try—you’ll probably enjoy it even more! 😆
Hokkaido, Aomori Prefecture's scallop tempura This new product is quite disappointing when it came. 😂 It doesn't look appealing and looks quite empty; after frying, you can't taste anything special about the scallops, it's really a waste. The seaweed is actually tastier. Not recommended.
Sweet Shrimp Gunkan The photo looks so fresh 😆 If you like eating raw shrimp, you can order this. The small shrimp is quite tender, and the texture is a bit different from that of large raw shrimp. Occasionally, I like to order it to enjoy.
Fresh Large Shrimp My family and I really enjoy the "Spicy Red Shrimp" from Sushi Ramen, but this time at Zang Sushi, we couldn't order that, so we tried a similar dish of fresh large shrimp. It was unexpectedly very good, with a great fresh taste and satisfying to eat. It's the only item we ordered twice today. Highly recommended 👍 (But Sushi Ramen's Spicy Red Shrimp is still the best 🥺 Outside recommendation 😆)

這家算是蠻知名的日本連鎖迴轉壽司店,這天來人數還蠻多的,大概排了半個小時才有,要先拿號碼牌,然後等待現場叫號,過號要重新排,所以最好坐在旁邊椅子等。 進去後店員會給一個坐位號碼,依據號碼入坐即可。可以掃碼、用店家平板點餐都可以,當然,你可以享受迴轉壽司的樂趣慢慢等,但用餐時間員限60分鐘。 這次點了幾盤壽司、茶碗蒸和雪糕,都不過不失,就連鎖店的水平。 最後,店家有一樣非常特別的東西,就是每食五盤有機會得到一個扭蛋,很可惜這次沒有中獎。

上次吃藏壽司是很久之前了,因為當時覺得他的鮭魚橘的很異常,後來便一直都是吃壽司郎,這次利用機會重新造訪,印象好了不少。菜單的部分,雖然不如壽司郎種類多,不過還是有些新意,像是香焙胡麻醬油鰹魚就新鮮又好吃,醬油的鮮味和胡麻意外的搭,跟之前在日本京都吃過一次念念不忘的漬鰹魚丼飯風味很像,推推。 奶油乳酪鮭魚跟星鰻表現也都不錯,魚料給的相當大方,奶油乳酪濃厚的酯味和鮭魚很搭,而星鰻則是刷上一點點經典的蒲燒醬提味,都蠻好吃的~ 累積五盤還可以抽一次扭蛋,蠻有趣的,抽了兩次就抽中,雖然只是最小的獎品,也是額外的驚喜😆 下次換菜單的時候應該會再回來吃看看~
