The last time I ate Kuro Sushi was a long time ago because I thought his salmon was unusually orange. I have been eating Sushiro ever since. This time I took the opportunity to visit again and my impression was much better.
Although the menu is not as diverse as Sushiro, there are still some novelties. For example, the roasted bonito in sesame and soy sauce is fresh and delicious. The umami of soy sauce and sesame are an unexpected combination. It is something I will never forget after eating it in Kyoto, Japan. The flavor of pickled bonito rice is very similar, I recommend it.
The cream cheese salmon and conger eel also performed well. The fish ingredients were quite generous. The rich ester flavor of the cream cheese went well with the salmon, while the conger eel was brushed with a little classic kabayaki sauce to enhance the flavor. Both were quite delicious. of ~
After accumulating five games, you can also draw a gashapon. It’s quite interesting. After drawing twice, you will win. Although it is only the smallest prize, it is also an extra surprise😆
I will probably come back to try it again next time when the menu changes~

📍座標:臺灣臺北 位在南港的藏壽司是和家人很常光顧的一間店。 回想藏壽司曾經剛崛起時,去藏壽司吃飯可是一項令人期待的重要活動,東西比起爭鮮更好吃有變化性,還因為有扭蛋可以拿,所以更新鮮好玩。現在隨著許多不同的迴轉壽司店崛起,去吃藏壽司好像就沒有以前那麼期待了,但仍是我和家人不知道吃什麼時的好選擇,尤其肚子不會太餓時。迴轉壽司就很方便,可以決定自己要吃的量。 這次用餐餐點的品項敘述於照片處,整體來說很不錯,壽司郎品管都做得蠻好的,每家分店吃起來都不會差太多,這次點的大部分都是常吃的品項,但不知道是不是因為吃過其他品質更好的迴轉壽司店,所以覺得壽司郎好像新鮮跟精緻度沒以前高了,不過都還是很好吃沒踩雷。 南港分店會員每月都可以免費停車(有次數限制),這次平日用餐不用排隊,假日可是會大排長龍的。因爲方便性很高的關係,之後還是會持續回訪的。

這家算是蠻知名的日本連鎖迴轉壽司店,這天來人數還蠻多的,大概排了半個小時才有,要先拿號碼牌,然後等待現場叫號,過號要重新排,所以最好坐在旁邊椅子等。 進去後店員會給一個坐位號碼,依據號碼入坐即可。可以掃碼、用店家平板點餐都可以,當然,你可以享受迴轉壽司的樂趣慢慢等,但用餐時間員限60分鐘。 這次點了幾盤壽司、茶碗蒸和雪糕,都不過不失,就連鎖店的水平。 最後,店家有一樣非常特別的東西,就是每食五盤有機會得到一個扭蛋,很可惜這次沒有中獎。
