Review: It didn’t have much flavor, was quite oily, but lacked any special aroma or taste of the braised pork. It felt the same whether eaten separately or together.

White miso, average taste, neither good nor bad, just miso soup.

The dining area was quite clean at the time because there weren't many diners? ^_^
