The fish was very fresh and the CP value was pretty high, but the service ruined the experience.
I didn’t expect the quality of the waiters at Shangyin Fisheries to be so inferior to expectations.
I have always had a good impression of this place. Usually, most of the sushi is from take-out supermarkets. This time I specially went to eat "Ritton" on Friday night. The dine-in set meal was eaten standing up, which was super eye-opening.

Thunder point 1
Seeing that you can only pay in cash, I was not sure if I had enough cash on me, so I asked the clerk if there was a service charge for the meal?
The answer I got was: "Restaurants all charge service fees."
At that moment, my travel companion almost burst into anger and felt very offended. Did he think I had never eaten in the restaurant? Or what does it mean? (I'm wondering if it means that takeaways don't need to be charged, but restaurants do, but the way of expressing it is really not very good)

Ordered two 580 set meals and asked what kind of hand rolls they were? The clerk said: It’s just raw fish hand rolls.
Then confirm again: So you are ordering a 580 set meal?
We just ordered two portions for the two of us. I don’t know if it’s because of my bad ears or...?

Two bowls of miso soup were served without spoons. The soup bowls were full of fish pieces and bones.
: Do you have a spoon?
Shop assistant: We drink the Japanese way. It is recommended to drink from the bowl.
: Why is there a spoon next door?
Store clerk: If you ask us for it, we will provide it again
:We want spoons⋯⋯⋯Thank you
I really don’t know what happened...I was so angry that I laughed...(^_^)

At the end of the meal, a waiter came over to announce that all the dishes were served. Five seconds later, another waiter brought the hand rolls again.
We just remembered that, yes, the hand scroll hasn’t been uploaded yet.
The service process is confusing enough

Based on the above points, even if I live nearby, the food is good, but I really won’t come here again😅

I really don’t know how to drink the miso soup in the set meal without a spoon. There's a lot of fish meat and it's all gelatin
Tuna, yam puree, mustard, soy sauce to enhance the flavor
580 course set of 8 pieces of sushi The most delicious is the red scallops, the scallops are also good, but the cooked shrimps are the most boring.
This grilled shrimp is impeccable, delicious and fragrant!
The tuna hand rolls are quite filling after eating them.

This place we happened upon after buying snack souvenirs 麻花捲 nearby, and it was a good experience. The sushi here is more affordable than other places we ate. They do not have anything to drink so you have to bring your own. Service was pretty quick and the owners were nice, even giving our toddler an extra melon slice. Don't get the "sushi donut" though. It's just a meme and mostly rice. Definitely recommend a visit.

結論:目前吃到很喜歡的無菜單壽司板前🫡 超讚!每道都美味且一直在刷新當日前三名~店內的山葵清甜不嗆,跟壽司搭配非常美味~ 一冠有三種價位,分別是2500/3800/5500,不同價位使用的食材不太一樣,此次第一次來選2500的,結果超級物超所值的驚喜! 一冠菜單會按照季節變化,此次貫穿整體的是日本真鯛,從頭到尾都有出現!2500 元的價位此次總共18品,吃到最後真的蠻飽的。魚的名稱放照片描述底下! 本次用餐最佳: 鮪魚中腹:超級無敵好吃,油花恰到好處,在口中融下去時還有淡淡的炙燒香氣! 其實每道每道都很有驚喜,變化也很多不會吃到膩,可以感受到菜單設計的用心, 吃壽司無菜單料理從來沒吃完的朋友也都吃完了,回去直接訂了下一次要挑戰 3800的,超期待! 啊推薦店內蜜桃酒很好喝,有果肉!不過是酒感很低的類型,很像在喝水蜜桃果汁~梅酒則是酒感重! 酒類都是一杯 300元
