Originally, I wanted to go to another ramen shop, but it was unexpectedly closed. Disappointed, I had to open Google Maps to see if there were any other ramen shops nearby; after all, my desire for ramen was still very strong.
After searching for a while, I discovered a newly opened shop, so I decided to give it a try.
The shop uses a self-service ordering machine, but there's no need to worry about technology being impersonal; the owner is very friendly and will ask if you need an introduction. Since I had already made my decision while waiting for others to choose, I didn't bother the owner.
This shop is quite special, focusing on beef tongue, but I didn't choose that. In the end, I ordered chicken thigh ramen.
As for the broth, I personally found it somewhat too salty; the broth itself was just salty without any other distinctive flavors, so I had to deduct some points for that.
On the toppings side, they were actually quite good; besides the chicken thigh, there was also pork char siu, and everything was tasty.
Overall, I would still recommend coming here to try the food.
