This hotpot restaurant in Pingtung is really unique! The four-compartment hotpot offers four different soup bases at once, satisfying various taste preferences and allowing guests to enjoy multiple flavors in one go, which is truly enticing. The soup bases are made with quality ingredients and have rich flavors; especially the curry pot, which is delicious on its own without the need for additional dipping sauces, a huge plus for hotpot lovers.
The meat platter has the option for freshly sliced choices, such as tender beef, thick and crispy Matsusaka pork, and the lamb has no gamey taste! For seafood, I highly recommend the squid; it’s fresh, sweet, and crunchy.
Although the decor is relatively average, as long as it's clean and comfortable, that's enough. This restaurant wins with its flavors; I definitely recommend it!
