The signature of this restaurant is various types of chicken soup, with a clear and sweet broth that is smooth to the taste. The portion of chicken is generous and reasonably priced. The skilled hand-mixed udon is also quite popular, overflowing with fragrance and very satisfying.
The dining environment has air conditioning, which enhances the dining experience.
This "Chicken Soup" place in Kaohsiung is my favorite shop. Recently, they opened a branch in Pingtung, so of course I had to try it!
The business is booming, and they specialize in various chicken soups, with options for bone-in or boneless. The soup base is sweet and smooth, and there are about five or six generous pieces of chicken – truly a great deal for this price.
The professional stir-fried udon for 💰90 is also highly recommended. The portion is hefty, packed with scallions and chicken, and drizzled with fried shallots at the end, delivering an explosion of fragrance. I felt extremely full after finishing a bowl.
I used to visit often when I was in Kaohsiung. The dine-in experience is enhanced by air conditioning, and now that there’s a branch in Pingtung, it's definitely a place I will return to!
