113/5/31 (Friday) Dinner in the evening
After being decadent for a long time, I finally started using Fooday again...(kneeling)🌝

This Taiwanese skewers shop is located at the corner of Dadun Road
There is a parking lot nearby (about 3 minutes walk)
Motorcycles can be parked next to the store

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. There are 3 small steps at the door, which may be inconvenient if you have a cart (you need to move it yourself)
2. Smokers please go outside the door

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. There are many types of wine in the store, and you can choose from the freezers at the entrance.
2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we first entered the store.
   (I don’t know if it’s because it’s too close to the door)
3. The credit card machine in the store is out of order during checkout that day, so you can only pay in cash.

🍴Dining experience🍴:

1. Chawanmushi $60🥚
   It’s a relatively watery chawanmushi, but the egg part is very smooth and tender.
   You can tell that the dashi is made from kombu dashi.
   Although it tastes light, it is very delicious
   Conclusion: 3/5, smooth and tender chawanmushi, 60 yuan is within a reasonable range

2. Stir-fried vegetables $100🥬
   The stir-fried vegetable part is cabbage, and the stem part is fried crispy.
   Added some mushrooms and carrots
   I also used a lot of garlic to enhance the flavor.
   Overall, the cp value is a bit low, but the stir-fry is crispy and delicious.
   Verdict: 3/5, a bit too much garlic, but crispy cabbage

3. Cheese beef $50, cherry duck $45, salt grilled zucchini $45
   Beef ribs $50, corn $40, onions $40🌽🧅🐮
   Next is the skewering part~
   The most impressive thing is corn (I am really a corn monster)
   The portion for 40 yuan is quite generous (half a corn)
   The moisture of the corn is just right, and it has the texture of hard corn, which is very easy to chew.
   The cheese beef has so much cheese that it flows out. The beef can be swallowed after a few bites and is not too dry.
   The onion part is also seasoned with coarse salt, very delicious!
   Conclusion: 4/5, the skewers are not too expensive, and the corn is a must! 🙌

4. Kelp egg soup $60🥣🥚
   All in all, it’s just a bowl of kelp and egg drop soup (pictured)
   There are two eggs, but the soup is a bit bland
   Personally I don’t think it’s necessary~
   Conclusion: 2/5, seaweed and egg drop soup tastes very Taiwanese!
