I accidentally discovered that one day when it was raining in Banqiao, I walked to the ramen shop closest to the train station and ate it without queuing. This ramen has a chicken white soup base with a fruity aroma. It was my first time eating ramen and I finished the soup! !

"Xuanri Ramen" is located a 10-minute walk from Banqiao Train Station. There is no reservation service. It only provides on-site registration and reservation.
The decoration is simple wooden tones, and there are some small and thoughtful details, such as the slogan "Hanging Sunset, Chopsticks Rise" printed on the door curtain, and the bathroom also has a wall hanging full of zippers.

Xuanri Ramen specializes in chicken-white soup and fruit-based ramen. It launches new flavors from time to time. It has an open kitchen. The space in the store is not large. There are only 7 seats at the bar with partitions. Ice water is provided. If you add noodles, the noodles will be larger. Meals usually don't take too long. I've verified that you wait 40 minutes and eat for 15 minutes. In summer, the air-conditioning is not too cold.

There are only three choices of ramen: lemon·chicken white soup, banana·miso, pomelo·boiled dry, and phoenix·soy sauce clear soup. It can be customized according to the saltiness, noodle hardness and noodle portion.

It was also my first time to eat this bowl of ramen. The soup was very refreshing and not greasy. The chicken white soup was paired with lemon and orange slices. It had a fruity aroma without leaving any acidity. It was really good.
Ingredients include shredded green onions, purple onions, lemon slices, orange slices, zucchini slices, half an egg, hand-fried wontons, Shufei chicken, and braised pork belly.
The fried wontons are delicious and can be ordered a la carte.
The noodles are moderately soft and you will feel full after eating the toppings without feeling uneasy.

The soy sauce soup is not too salty but also very refreshing, and the taste is less heavy than expected.

Thoughts: If you want to eat delicious and refreshing ramen, I highly recommend it, but it’s troublesome to queue up, so I walked out of the way because there were a lot of people passing by. This time, I came earlier and waited outside at 10:30 to register. I ate at 11:30, but I wasn’t the first to register. Group 🥹 because there are only 7 seats.
