Here, you won't find the familiar classifications of white sauce, red sauce, and green sauce, nor any baked dishes; it’s all about traditional Italian flavors.
There are many choices of pasta, and the large macaroni I ordered is really special; it has a chewy texture similar to gnocchi but isn’t too thick, and it becomes more fragrant the more you chew.
The lasagna was even more impressive; it was the first time I saw a lasagna that required "knife and fork" to eat, with layers stacked up so elegantly.
The pizza is thin crust, crispy and not greasy at all, very delicious!
The portions are on the smaller side, filling about 70%, but each dish is very authentic. If you enjoy Italian flavors, it's definitely worth a try!
