On the winter solstice, I want to eat glutinous rice balls!
This daily glutinous rice dumpling shop originally only sold desserts and drinks, but this time I came to find that it also sells rice!
But on the Winter Solstice, they only sell glutinous rice balls, and the items are limited! I got off work early and rushed to buy glutinous rice balls. The boss only had the last item to choose from, and luckily it was what I wanted to eat.

This time I ordered stuffed dumplings (half and half sesame and peanuts) for $65. The price has increased, so I think the CP value is not as high as before, but there are still a lot of dumplings. This kind of glutinous rice balls is a portion that I can eat straight away. So I will buy it again if I like it!

Although there are no inside seats in the store (in fact, most of them are take-out, and there is only one table outside), but there happens to be Tuigong Temple next to it. I always come to Tudigong Temple to sit, eat, and pay homage to Tudigong Temple. It’s just right. !

The funniest thing that happened today is probably:
I told the boss that I wanted to use Linepay to check out (this store accepts Linepay)
But the boss replied to me: "Uh...sorry, there is no Linepay today."
Me: (confused)
Boss: "My Linepay was taken away by another customer" (The scan code was taken away by another customer)
Me: "😂How could it be taken away hahahahaha"
Boss: "😂I don't know either hahahaha"
(The boss said he would call Line again later to ask for another one)

The glutinous rice balls are sealed with film, which I don't really like, after all, they are filled with hot and sweet soup.
There are really many glutinous rice balls, and they will not be reduced because of the filling. This time, it’s half-and-half sesame and peanut-filled dumplings. In the original menu, you can also order a mix of stuffed and unfilled dumplings! The soup is more like ordinary sugar water, not sweet and not too thin like hot water.
Each one is cooked just right, not too soft, and no one is undercooked.
After buying, I went to the nearby Tudigong Temple to worship (about five minutes) Then sit and devour glutinous rice balls (about five minutes) By the time I left Tudigong Temple and passed by the store, the boss had already sold out all the iron doors 😂 (It was only 7pm~)
