If you like eating hot pot and drinking tea, I highly recommend Tea Ran to you!

As the name suggests, Tea Ran specializes in tea broth hot pot, and the broth is very special, offering a distinct tea aroma and sweetness that is well-balanced and harmoniously integrated. The flavor is so delightful that you can't help but keep drinking!

(There is also a vegetable broth option available, but I strongly recommend choosing the tea broth!)

Tea Ran is located near Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, and this is my second visit. The meat I chose was Angus snowflake beef, and the quality of Tea Ran's snowflake beef has always been great. Although it may not look like a large portion, it surprisingly provides a satisfying fullness.

The main dish of white rice is topped with Japanese shiso flakes, so if you don't like it, be sure to let the staff know. The restaurant's environment is comfortable, and for a hot pot place, the tables are quite large, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the seating is limited, so it's essential to make a reservation to avoid a wasted trip.

For dessert, I had matcha ice cream and a mochi, which was a nice way to conclude the meal!

If you love trying different broths and believe the broth is the soul of hot pot, I really recommend Tea Ran. I haven't encountered a similar flavor in other hot pot restaurants!
