"Enjoying delicious ramen with Pengpeng" by me, who is about to graduate but still has a bunch of work to catch up on.

Grilled Meat Rice Bowl +4.5⭐️
The grilled meat rice bowl is very fragrant, super fragrant, especially fragrant! Besides the strong aroma, the rice is also the kind I quite like—not too sticky, and the bowl size is just right. However, one should be careful about one thing—don’t rush to eat the grilled meat rice bowl when it’s just served, or you might get burned by the bowl 😂
Rich Tonkotsu Ramen +4⭐️
I tried both hand-pulled noodles and thin noodles for comparison, and personally, I prefer the texture of the hand-pulled noodles (the difference in appearance is shown in the picture). Unfortunately, you can only add thin noodles.
The broth is very thick; during my second visit, I completely treated it as a dip. However, it got a bit too salty for me as I ate more towards the end.
The char siu (braised pork) is also quite good, fairly large pieces, and the texture is just right—not tough to bite.
<About the Staff 👨🍳>
+5⭐️
The staff at the counter is very friendly, quite approachable. They are quick to help with any questions, and their service attitude is very good. The serving speed isn’t slow either.
<About the Environment 🐾>
+4⭐️
The environment is very comfortable, and the space doesn’t feel cramped. The only downside is that the bar stools are too high, is it discriminating against someone who is only 155 cm tall? 🥺 (Just kidding)
