This time, I came to a bar in Kaohsiung, and their signature drink is called Harbor City Impressionist Cocktail. They are all named after local places in Kaohsiung, which is pretty interesting.
I ordered the Century Salt Pen, Cijin Coast, and West Bay Sunset. The one that impressed me the most was the Cijin Coast, combining peat with a faint sea flavor, which is very unique. I'm not particularly fond of seafood flavors, but the combination was pretty harmonious, which I found quite interesting. The West Bay Sunset was also very good, with red tea paired with caramelized cream, making it really delicious.
The food itself is more of a drinking snack, and it's really well made; my favorite is the spicy duck blood. However, they only have one stove, so when there are many people, you have to wait quite a while to order. If you want to eat something, I recommend ordering first.
Coincidentally, that night was the first game of the China-Japan baseball series, which was quite enjoyable while drinking and watching the game.
