The black vinegar dry noodles at this place are really delicious, no wonder they are the signature dish! You definitely need to follow the shop's instructions and mix the noodles with the black vinegar and broth thoroughly, making sure every noodle is coated evenly. It's truly tasty, with a fragrant and tangy flavor that is very flavorful, so good! 😋
The braised pork rice is quite ordinary, something only kids who love rice would order.
The pig tongue and cheek meat are fantastic, but I think the portions of the side dishes in the freezer are a bit small, what a pity.
