Longhua Market has great food 🍴 This rice noodle stall is located at stall number 150 and is quite popular in the market. I also stumbled upon it while passing by and saw so many people that I decided to try it (Taiwanese approved) 🤣
There are quite a few seats for dining in, and the owner plays Southeast Asian music, so it has a very local vibe! Additionally, the utensils, sauces, and all the essentials for the rice noodles, like chili and lemon, are self-serve, so you can adjust the sourness and spiciness to your liking~

The staff will bring the food to your table based on the order number. When I first saw the size of the bowl, I was really taken aback; a bowl for $130 is really cheap! 🥳

· The beef is not freshly cooked, but very tender, with a nice texture and it won’t be chewy. The portion of beef is generous, and finishing the whole bowl will definitely fill you up. The broth is quite tasty, and if you like it spicy, you can add chili sauce in addition to the fresh chilies. Overall, it's a place I'd want to return to!
