🔹Small Dishes $120

  • Inside there are bean sprouts, vermicelli, kelp strips, and shredded tofu, all mixed together very refreshing; the sour vinegar taste is incredibly refreshing right from the first bite. It has a lot of textural layers—crunchy bean sprouts, silky vermicelli, slightly chewy kelp strips, and firmer shredded tofu, which together create a perfect balance without being monotonous.

🔸Spicy Cucumbers $120

  • The cucumbers are cut thick, super crunchy when bitten, and retain a lot of moisture for a refreshing taste. The difference is they are mixed with spicy sauce and chili oil, making it cool yet slightly spicy, and the sour and spicy combination is extremely appetizing. The spiciness isn't overwhelming, just enough to really whet your appetite.

🔹Drunken Chicken in Shaoxing Wine $380

  • This dish has a strong wine aroma, with a rich Shaoxing wine flavor right from the first bite; the chicken is cold and tender with a bit of bounce. While I find it refreshing, some of my friends think the wine taste is a bit overwhelming, so preferences vary widely—either you love it or you don’t.

🔸Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs $280

  • The sweet and sour sauce clings to the pork ribs, making it super good with rice; everyone fights to get this dish the fastest.

🔹Soup Dumplings $280

  • Din Tai Fung's signature dish needs no introduction; the skin is very thin, filled to the brim with soup. Be careful when picking them up with chopsticks, or they might break. Take care when biting, as the filling is fragrant, and the soup’s saltiness is just right; pairing it with ginger and vinegar is perfect.

🔸Loofah and Shrimp Soup Dumplings $380

  • The loofah has a faint sweetness, combined with the freshness of the shrimp, making it very juicy and the soup not greasy. I think women would really like this dish, and eating a lot won’t make you feel heavy.

🔹Shrimp Pan-Fried Dumplings $250

  • Crispy on the bottom, with whole shrimp inside; the filling has a flavor somewhat like garlic chives, which those who dislike garlic chives might not enjoy.

🔸Chicken Soup in Original Broth $250

  • The broth is lightly sweet and not greasy, and the chicken is so tender it falls apart easily with a spoon, but I find the flavor a bit bland, which I personally don’t like.

🔹Sweet Potato Leaves $250

  • The greens seem ordinary but are stir-fried perfectly, with just the right amount of flavor—not too salty or bland! The sweet potato leaves are tender and smooth, with stems that aren’t tough. Not bad!

🔸Pork Rib and Egg Fried Rice $310

  • The fried rice is well-separated and not greasy, with a nice wok aroma. The pork ribs are served in large chunks, crispy on the outside yet still tender inside; the savory flavor pairs well with the fried rice, but I secretly recommend the vegetarian fried rice more!

🔹Red Oil Wontons (Mixed) $220

  • This plate is great for those who love bold flavors; the wonton skins are thin and the filling is generous, paired with red oil sauce that’s numbing but not overly spicy—very appetizing. Adding some plain noodles mixed in makes them soak up the sauce; it’s incredibly satisfying, and this is what feels really enjoyable.

🔸Plain Noodles $+70

  • A friend recommended I definitely add the plain noodles; after finishing the red oil wontons, mixing them in thoroughly is a must. If there’s sauce left after eating the noodles, pour it into the fried rice—super enjoyable!

🔹Chocolate Soup Dumplings (5 pieces $175)

  • Tried them for the first time; the warm chocolate filling feels like a lava cake in soup dumpling form, very unique, I would order them again next time.
