The ice cream shop located in the city center has a spacious indoor area. Due to the high volume of customers, the ingredients used and the preparation methods appear to be fresh and hygienic. Moreover, the prices are affordable, and the portion sizes are generous, which attracts many diners.
I ordered the most traditional soybean pudding without any special toppings. The pudding itself is soft and just the right texture, but the aroma of the soybeans seems to be lacking, making it taste rather ordinary. However, it is still not bad; I would just say it doesn't leave a strong memorable impression.
Next time, I might try adding some toppings from their selection, as they offer a variety of options like tapioca pearls, taro balls, peanuts, barley, red beans, mung beans, and soybeans, among others. I’m curious to see if any of them will surprise me.
