COMEBUY can be considered a historical leader in the hand-shaken beverage industry. Since 2002, it has more than 20 years of experience. The only other brand that can be compared to it is probably 50 Lan.
Today, I enjoyed the Sea God with Double Q No. 2, totaling 55 NTD.
Sea God:
The tea base is primarily brewed tea, complemented by honey marinated products that are then roasted. This can be said to be my favorite COMEBUY tea product, as its extremely refreshing taste and aroma are very satisfying. To help with blood sugar and satiety, I added Double Q No. 2 (pearls, taro balls, and sweet potato balls), which slightly disrupted the balance of the Sea God, but there was no helping it. The chewiness of the taro balls and sweet potato balls was pretty good, while the pearls exhibited the stable performance typical of an established brand.
This store has removed the in-store discount for the Sea God. Although it’s only a difference of five NTD, it won't affect my pursuit of good tea.
Overall, it remains a stable and quality chain store. The shop is located in the middle section of Lane 30 on Yongji Road, where competition is fierce, but COMEBUY's strong influence has likely secured its position here.
There is an indoor seating area, but no tables—it's probably just meant for people to wait for their drinks or take a quick break.
Highly recommended to everyone!
