In the past, the impression of lotus seeds was that they were white and starchy, and if you forgot to remove the core when cooking, they would explode bitterly. The lotus seeds in this shop are slightly darker in color. They are candied and have a deep sugar flavor, which brings out the flavor of the lotus seeds. The sweet-scented osmanthus soup is even more fragrant. It is the only item I have tried and fallen in love with.
