When it comes to ramen, Japan comes to mind, but in fact, Japanese ramen has different characteristics due to different regions. For example, miso ramen in Sapporo in the north will add cream to make the taste richer; tonkotsu ramen in Kagoshima in the south will use chicken bones and sardine stock. Ramen was originally a food brought by Chinese immigrants, but now it can be seen everywhere in the world.
✅Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen: This bowl is priced at 180 yuan. The ingredients include five slices of barbecued pork, a soft-boiled egg, fungus, dried bamboo shoots and green onions. The soup looks light on the outside, but actually tastes very rich. The tonkotsu soup does not have any pig smell, but the smell of garlic adds to the aroma. The noodles have a chewy texture; the barbecued pork is not greasy (more lean meat) and not dry; the other ingredients are also very tasty.
✅Salt ramen: In addition to salt, the soup also has a seafood flavor. It tastes particularly sweet and not too salty. This one costs NT$140 and includes half a soft-boiled egg, two slices of barbecued pork, and the rest of the ingredients are the same.
✅Barbecued pork rice: Place diced barbecued pork and mayonnaise on the white rice. The mouth is filled with the aroma of roasting. The diced barbecued pork is very soft and tender. It will be smoother when eaten with mayonnaise.
✅Tang Yang Chicken: The fried skin on the outside is similar to crispy fried chicken, and the meat on the inside is soft, tender and juicy. It can be paired with the mayonnaise provided by the store, but the marinade itself is salty.
✅Pomelo-flavored radish: White radish is pickled with vinegar, sugar and grapefruit. The taste is sweet, but because grapefruit is also used, the taste is richer.
✅Garlic cucumbers: Common garlic-pickled cucumbers. The cucumbers taste very crisp and juicy, but unfortunately, this garlic has no flavor.

This ramen shop is open very late. The seemingly cheap and inconspicuous ramen is amazing in taste and appearance, and has already beaten many more expensive shops. They also offer different flavors of ramen, which I highly recommend everyone to try.
