❤️‍🔥 Annam Pho ❤️‍🔥

This Vietnamese restaurant in Chiayi has been open for over ten years. Although there don't seem to be any Vietnamese people inside, the pho is really delicious and has always been one of the locals' favorites. The environment is also very clean, which is nice.

❣️ Chicken Pho. This soup pho is only 100!!
The broth is refreshing and delicious, the chicken is tender and juicy, and paired with basil and lemon on the side, the fragrance is overwhelming, making you keep taking one bite after another, unable to stop. The aroma of the basil adds layers to the soup, while the acidity of the lemon perfectly balances the freshness and sweetness of the broth. Eating a bowl of this, both the texture and flavor bring a sense of happiness.

❣️ Fried spring rolls are also a must-try snack. The outer skin is crispy, and the filling is substantial. The moment you bite into it, the fragrance seems to explode in your mouth, leaving you craving more. Overall, this place not only has affordable prices, but the taste is also quite amazing, making it a food choice absolutely worth trying when traveling to Chiayi.

位於嘉義市有名的越南料理,我大學時期就吃過這家,這次久違回訪,依然感受到這間店保有實在的價格、令人懷念的滋味。 我這次獨自前往,考量份量問題沒點原本最愛的《半筋半肉牛肉河粉》,改選了稍微輕盈一些的《生牛肉河粉》 湯頭清澈卻不單薄,散發出牛骨慢熬的自然甜味,還帶著一絲洋蔥的溫潤,屬於那種你一口接一口也不會膩的類型,生牛肉涮得剛剛好,入口滑嫩新鮮,完全沒有腥味,河粉本身寬厚帶韌,有彈性不會爛爛的,搭配湯汁後吸飽風味更是好吃。 一旁附上的九層塔與檸檬是整碗的靈魂提味元素!我習慣前幾口先品嚐原味,再慢慢將九層塔與檸檬汁加入湯中,那個瞬間風味層次完全打開,有種從清燉風格轉向南洋清香的神奇轉場。 《芙蓉豆腐 》 這道是我每次來安南河粉的必點配菜,這次也沒有讓我失望,外皮炸得酥香,內裡卻是如蒸蛋般的滑嫩綿密,與一般印象中的炸豆腐截然不同,醬料調味超級到位!酸酸鹹鹹中帶有淡淡香菜香氣與蒜味,搭配微微的辣椒點綴(但一點都不辣),即使你平常不太吃辣,也能輕鬆享受那個畫龍點睛的香氣層次,一個人吃有點多,但實在太好吃了,停不下來。 安南河粉至今依然讓人感受到老店的實在與誠意,一碗半筋半肉河粉只要 $150,還附九層塔與檸檬,湯頭好、肉鮮嫩,堪稱高CP值代表,配上一盤芙蓉豆腐,整餐吃下來飽足感與味蕾滿足感都兼具。
