It’s hard to get near the Qingda Night Market in Hsinchu today. The green onion and vegetable pancakes here are probably the memories of every Tsinghua University and Jiaotong University student, but the price is very inflationary! But I missed it and ordered one specially to eat.
Today I ordered the nine-layered pagoda mutton flavor. The aroma of mutton plus the aroma of the nine-layered pagoda paired with the freshly fried and crispy dough is really delicious! With the signature sauce, I love this combination!
