"Life just needs this kind of simple and beautiful taste"
If I were to introduce this store in one sentence, this would probably be it.
There are many wonton noodle shops on Taoyuan Street, and this one is my favorite!
Fresh meat wonton noodles $75
The noodles here can all be made into dry noodles. I am a dry noodle person, so I eat dry wonton noodles every time. The seasoning is very simple, and it tastes like a very ancient lard-soy sauce noodles (but I’m not sure. Is there really lard?) The oil is so delicious that I can’t bear to finish it. I feel like I’ll have to make it bigger next time. I’m really impressed by the small bowl.
There are 5 wontons in total. The wontons are not big, but the meat inside is very solid, and the skin is also very good. They are not the kind that will burn after being soaked in water for a long time. The highlight is that the seasoning is super good and full of flavor. I really want to eat a few more. !
However, it seems that the ingredients are not the same every time. In the past, when we took out, there were carrots and white radish in it. Today, it only has noodles, two or three slices of green vegetables and wontons, and no other ingredients.
There are not many seats in the store, about 12 seats, and sometimes you need to share a table with other customers; it is very busy at noon on weekdays, and you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for takeout (but today, if you use it inside, you can get it in less than 5 minutes) (Come here), there are only 3 clerks, but they are still friendly even though they are busy.
