Finally, after wrapping up my work, I felt it was time to reward myself. So I went online to find a restaurant with great reviews! The overall atmosphere was very nice as soon as I walked in. The service was on point, making the guests feel at home. The bar next door also had a great selection of drinks.

Today, I decided to try some dishes that were recommended online.
❤️ Crispy Pan-Seared Blue Spotted Grouper with Sea Urchin-Flavored Noodles
The skin of the grouper was perfectly crispy! Combined with the sea urchin flavor at the bottom, it was full of seafood taste – there was no unpleasant fishy smell! Instead, it added a unique texture to the dish! The noodles were cooked just right in terms of firmness. However, I still felt the sea urchin flavor was a bit lacking! It would be even more delicious if it were more intense!

As the name suggests, it’s just banana with milk – but with the addition of fragrant nuts! Plus, a versatile touch of rum! It’s a flavor that girls would find acceptable – with no strong alcoholic taste! If you’re used to stronger drinks, you might not feel much from this one.

Overall, I would recommend it, but it might be better with a larger group to enjoy various appetizers! It’s best to make a reservation before going, otherwise you might find no seats during peak hours!
