I went to a ramen shop that I had been intrigued by for a while 🍜.
The place is called Men no Youji, Nihonbashi Branch, and it's a short walk from Nihonbashi Station on various lines 🚃.
When I arrived, there was a line, so I waited a bit 🤏.
There are counter seats and table seats ✨.
I ordered the Stone Grilled Sukiyaki Ramen Rice Set 🐮🍜🍚 for 1900 yen. They used special shoulder loin, and I got to see the meat, which had beautiful marbling 🐮.
When the ramen was served, it came in a hot stone pot with udon noodles, broth, special shoulder loin, egg, mizuna (Japanese mustard greens), and white onion, making it feel very luxurious 🥰.
The soup was rich and gave a strong sukiyaki flavor, and it was delicious 🍲. The chicken broth also added a mild taste, which was tasty 🐔. The udon noodles were thick, chewy, and went well with the rich broth 🍜. The noodles were original, made by a noodle shop called Teigaku, with grooves that helped the soup stick to them, making them delicious 🍜. Cracking the egg into it made it even milder and tastier 🥚.
The meat was tender, rich, and melted in my mouth, making it incredibly delicious 🐮. There was plenty of meat, which felt very luxurious 😍.
The green onions and mizuna were crispy and tasted great 🥬.
I was able to enjoy it hot until the very last bite, thanks to the hot stone pot 🔥.
I ate the rice while enjoying the ramen, and I even dipped the remaining rice into the broth 🍚.
The combination of the rich broth and rice was perfect and delicious 🍚.
My first experience at Men no Youji was extremely satisfying‼️ I want to try their other menu items as well 😆.
