The aroma of Tieguanyin tea is rich and not bitter at all! The Basque cheesecake has a very smooth and creamy texture, with a strong cheese flavor! I personally prefer this one over the mille-feuille cake!

The texture of the caramel pudding is like pudding, leaning more towards a jelly-like consistency rather than a custard type, so it feels lighter! The caramel at the bottom isn’t too bitter and has a slight bitterness that balances out the sweetness.
