It is still open for business after two in the afternoon, which is a great option for those who prefer a later lunch.
I recommend the soup dumplings, sautéed greens, and the clear broth radish and pork rib soup. The rice cake is a bit dry and hard, which I don't really like, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The clear broth radish and pork rib soup has a very fresh and sweet flavor, and it isn't too salty, with just the right seasoning. It's very delicious. They are also generous with the ingredients, providing at least four pieces of pork ribs, and there’s plenty of meat, not just bones, and a lot of radish. The meat is tender and flavorful, and the radish has a sweet aftertaste.
The sautéed greens are sweet potato leaves with braised pork sauce; the leaves are very tender and not tough, and the portion is quite generous. The sauce is fragrant, perfectly seasoning the greens.
The Shanghai soup dumplings have a bit of meat juice, and the filling is quite tasty with a wrapper that isn't too thick.
