The traditional Vietnamese cuisine in Hanoi is located on Yan Ji Street in the Xinyi District, close to the MRT Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station. This area is one of the bustling commercial districts in the Eastern District.

Today, I enjoyed the beef pho, which costs 140 NT dollars.

Beef Pho:
The broth is sweet and aromatic, with a very refreshing taste. The slices of beef are tender and gradually cook in the hot soup, retaining their freshness. The pho itself has a chewy texture and a moderate width.

The fresh chili peppers and raw garlic slices provided by the restaurant are a big plus. The chili has a rich aroma, while the raw garlic adds layers to the broth. As long as you don’t mind a little spice, I definitely recommend adding some to try it out. The sauce bar also offers fish sauce and lime—how could Vietnamese cuisine not include these condiments?

In addition to the meals, the restaurant also sells many Vietnamese products, from instant sauces to noodles and snacks, so you can stock up without needing to go all the way to Huaxi Street in Zhonghe.

Overall, it’s an authentic and comfortable Vietnamese restaurant. The space is spacious and clean, with well-arranged seating, making dining quite pleasant. I want to try the rice noodles next time.

I recommend it to everyone!
