The weather was very cold today, so I wanted to find a cheap shop on the roadside for a meal, so I walked into this ancient capital noodle restaurant. I entered the store at about 7pm. The store was 80% full, and there were people queuing up for takeout outside. The business was good. The store The interior is clean and tidy, and there is a TV to watch. It is a space where I can relax and eat.

After ordering, I waited about 10 minutes for the food to arrive.
The first is the pork rice. The pork rice is half fat and half lean. The seasoning is salty. I feel like there is too much sauce. Even though it is a small bowl, it is still a bit greasy. I will give it 4 points out of 10.
As a side dish, I chose crispy fried wontons. They are not freshly fried but only have a little bit of residual heat left on the table. They still maintain the basic crispness, but they still taste a bit greasy. Fortunately, there are some pickles on the side to relieve the greasiness. I give it a 3 out of 10 points. point.
Finally, there is the tribute ball soup. There are 3 tribute balls. They are on the larger side in the tribute ball world. Chopped cabbage, chopped celery, and coriander are added to the soup. The soup tastes slightly like fish soup, maybe. Because of the cold weather, this hot soup is the most delicious dish of the meal. I give it 6 points out of 10.
