After looking at the hand-brewed beans list, I was only interested in Ethiopia, but I really haven’t found anything I like about Ethiopia recently. But after seeing that he was the Australian Baked Bean Champion, I gave him another chance!
I ordered Ethiopian, Yirgacheffe, Irega Village, and Ubanc processing plant sun-dried and iced ones. After drinking it, I was really surprised. The flavors of mango, cantaloupe and grapes are well mixed together, and the aroma is full! Not inferior to 7 or 800 premium beans at all. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a delicious Ethiopian geisha (recently my hand rushed to another Ethiopian geisha, which is another story).
Anyway, after drinking it, I immediately took out a cup for my girlfriend and bought some beans too. I will definitely visit again when I come to Kaohsiung!
