The dining space of Jiguya has two floors. There is a bar area and some tables for four on the first floor. The entire second floor can accommodate a lot of people. The restrooms are also on the second floor and are moderately air-conditioned.
It was my first time to dine on the second floor today. I used the QR code to order. After waiting for the buzzer to sound, I had to go downstairs to pick up my meal. After I finished my meal, I had to take it to the recycling area.

I ordered the rice bowl that combines loin meat and fried shrimp. There are 60 grams of loin meat and two fried shrimps. The main dish is topped with an egg and a little onion is placed on the bottom layer. It is also sprinkled with green onions. It is a lot of rice. .
The loin meat tastes quite solid. Because it is drizzled with sauce, the overall crispness is slightly reduced, but it is still delicious when bitten with the egg.
The ebi part is similar to the pork chop, but because it is shrimp, the overall texture is not as solid as the pork chop. However, the shrimp itself is moderately soft, and you can see the shrimp after biting about one or two centimeters from the front, which is not bad.
Paired with cooked onions, I personally feel that no additional seasoning is needed, and the overall taste is of a certain standard.

When ordering a main meal, you can add fried shrimp for $19 each, with no limit on quantity. The fried shrimp purchased as an add-on have not been soaked by the sauce, so the skin is much crispier. However, eating it alone will be boring, so it is recommended to eat it with the dipping sauce.
