In Taipei Gongguan, it's rare to have two consecutive days off due to a typhoon, and there are very few drink shops open. So, I decided to stop by this one after passing by Dezheng to give it a try.
As usual, when tasting a new drink shop, I always order their plain tea first and opt for less sugar and less ice or half sugar and less ice to gauge the quality of their plain tea.
However, since they calculate sugar levels starting from half sugar, I couldn't choose less sugar this time, so I opted for half sugar and less ice.
Using 50 Lan as a standard, their half sugar is somewhat equivalent to 50 Lan's less sugar level. And although I ordered less ice, there were still quite a lot of ice cubes, so I recommend ordering with a little ice next time.
As for the green tea flavor, I personally think it's quite average; the taste is somewhat mild, and the aftertaste doesn't have much tea flavor, but it’s not too unpleasant.
Additionally, I feel their staff's service attitude is pretty good!
Overall, it's a decent drink shop. Although I know they mainly focus on other milk tea or oolong tea options, their plain tea is worth a try!
