This can be said to be my favorite chicken soup restaurant. It’s difficult to make a reservation. Remember to call first for a reservation. Casserole chicken soup is available from 2,800 to more than 10,000. In fact, the base is the same, but the ingredients are different. The chicken soup is very rich and delicious. It is recommended that you ask the waiter to add green vegetables and tofu when you are halfway through the soup. It will become a full pot again and the taste will become sweeter. Some people like to add tofu and greens before and some like it after. It is recommended to drink the original flavor first and then try both.
The stir-fried dishes are also of a very high standard, especially the spicy ones. However, because a friend who came here today was sick and cannot eat spicy food, I didn’t order it. However, the bean curd cod was really fragrant and delicious. Then the shredded pork with green pepper is also very good.
It is recommended to consider dining with more than four people, because the chicken soup is really big. If you can’t finish the drink, you can take it away. You can also ask the store owner to dismantle the chicken first to make it easier to scoop out the soup.

Location 台北市大安區 米其林連續好幾年推薦 台北市有名的砂鍋雞湯 沒有提早訂絕對沒位子的餐廳 訂到的時候期待值就超高 有看到網路上分享服務很普 但實際體驗也許那天平日或者有改善 覺得一般般 服務不會特別差 該有的介紹服務都有~ 🌟砂鍋雞湯 雞湯非常濃郁 我們有加湯跟白菜 所以有說要剩一半的湯 雞肉也是已經都燉爛 輕輕用力就可以撕開 對我這種懶人來說非常讚讚 🌟蔥油餅(薄、厚) 蔥油餅的薄餅我自己覺得非常美味 麵皮的香味非常有 就算單吃還是搭配我們有點的肉一起吃 都非常美味 還吃到有點不夠 厚的蔥餅的部分蔥非常多 有點像是宜蘭的蔥餅的感覺 厚款我就覺得比較普通 整體來說所有的菜色都沒有點到雷的 湯確實是非常美味 很值得喜歡吃雞湯的人踩點看看 不過定位只有電話 平日用餐會比較好訂

久聞米其林及名人加持的「驥園」,終於有機會來享用美味餐點。最期待的雞湯,果然就是心心念念的味道,配上吸滿湯汁的竹笙,每一口湯都是濃郁的滋味。 來這必點的砂鍋竹笙雞,我給五顆星。 其他菜品,詢問現場服務的大姐,推薦我們都好吃。 豆酥鱈魚、乾燒蝦仁、宮保雙魷、乾煸四季豆等等,特色功夫菜,享用到廚師的功力,真的太值得又滿足了!!

公司有重要外國主管來參訪,正在煩惱要吃什麼餐廳,就很幸運的遇到有人臨時取消訂位才有機會來吃看看超熱門的驥園!! 但我只是小小職員,要點什麼菜不是我作主的,金額是估算的,因為還有不知道喝了幾手的台啤沒有算進去,也只有挑喝到還有記憶以前的菜色來寫感想。 整體來說是非常好吃的一家中餐館! 但環境稍嫌老舊,而且又是在地下一樓,難免會覺得有一點不太通風。 之後可能會想跟朋友私底下約,雖然真的不便宜,但是東西真的很好吃!!
