But I'm just a small clerk, so I don't have the final say on what dishes to order. The amount is an estimate, because I don't know how many Taiwanese beers I drank, so I can only write down the dishes I drank until I still remember them. Thoughts.

Overall, it is a very delicious Chinese restaurant!
However, the environment is a bit old, and it is on the first underground floor, so it is inevitable that it will feel a bit unventilated.
I might want to make an appointment with a friend in private later. Although it’s really not cheap, the food is really delicious! !

The chicken soup is really delicious! ! ! ! ! So rich! ! ! ! ! ! As soon as you leave it on, a thin layer of chicken fat will immediately condense on the surface, so rich! ! ! Everyone was still gossiping, but after the chicken soup was served, everyone quietly concentrated on drinking the soup. But I think the chicken part is okay. The meat is quite spicy and I don’t particularly want to eat it. The bamboo shoot slices are just delicious. If you come with friends later, you will want to order the original flavor.
Added a pot full of cabbage and tofu The tofu turned out to be frozen tofu, but I didn't think it was very tasty. It tasted like eating plastic. The addition of cabbage and tofu didn't make it any better. Then maybe because I added water when I added the cabbage and tofu, the soup started to feel a little diluted. However, if it is too strong at the beginning, it will be a bit greasy. If it is diluted, you can keep drinking it! !
Mapo tofu looks quite subtle, but I actually think it’s quite delicious, goes very well with rice, and is perfect for filling your stomach!

Location 台北市大安區 米其林連續好幾年推薦 台北市有名的砂鍋雞湯 沒有提早訂絕對沒位子的餐廳 訂到的時候期待值就超高 有看到網路上分享服務很普 但實際體驗也許那天平日或者有改善 覺得一般般 服務不會特別差 該有的介紹服務都有~ 🌟砂鍋雞湯 雞湯非常濃郁 我們有加湯跟白菜 所以有說要剩一半的湯 雞肉也是已經都燉爛 輕輕用力就可以撕開 對我這種懶人來說非常讚讚 🌟蔥油餅(薄、厚) 蔥油餅的薄餅我自己覺得非常美味 麵皮的香味非常有 就算單吃還是搭配我們有點的肉一起吃 都非常美味 還吃到有點不夠 厚的蔥餅的部分蔥非常多 有點像是宜蘭的蔥餅的感覺 厚款我就覺得比較普通 整體來說所有的菜色都沒有點到雷的 湯確實是非常美味 很值得喜歡吃雞湯的人踩點看看 不過定位只有電話 平日用餐會比較好訂

久聞米其林及名人加持的「驥園」,終於有機會來享用美味餐點。最期待的雞湯,果然就是心心念念的味道,配上吸滿湯汁的竹笙,每一口湯都是濃郁的滋味。 來這必點的砂鍋竹笙雞,我給五顆星。 其他菜品,詢問現場服務的大姐,推薦我們都好吃。 豆酥鱈魚、乾燒蝦仁、宮保雙魷、乾煸四季豆等等,特色功夫菜,享用到廚師的功力,真的太值得又滿足了!!

這可以說是我最愛的雞湯店,不好訂位記得要先打來定位。砂鍋雞湯從2800到一萬多都有,其實基底都一樣,後面只是配料不一樣。雞湯非常濃郁好喝,建議大家喝到一半後可以請店員加青菜豆腐進去,會又變成滿滿的一鍋,而且口味也會變得清甜。有的人喜歡加豆腐青菜前有的喜歡後,建議先喝原味之後兩種都能嘗試。炒菜也都非常有水準,尤其是辣味的,但因為今天來有朋友生病不能吃辣所以沒點,但豆酥鱈魚真的很香很好吃。然後青椒肉絲也非常的有水準。 建議四個人以上再考慮來用餐,因為雞湯真的很大鍋。喝不完可以外帶。也能請店家先把雞給拆了方便好舀湯。
