This restaurant is one of the ramen queues in Tokyo. There is an endless stream of customers queuing up to eat in the afternoon, but most of them are Taiwanese.
This time we mainly tried two kinds of ramen and a barbecued pork rice
The yuzu salt ramen is the store’s signature dish, and the only soup is quite refreshing; however, the barbecued pork is very ordinary, even more ordinary than some cheap ramen in Taiwan; the noodle is the preset noodle, which is very thin and has no texture. Disappointment is certain
A lot of perilla leaves are added to the soup of Oeko Ume Shio Ramen, and a plum is attached in the middle, so the soup is clearly different from the yuzu salt flavor; the noodles are the same as above, which is a pity; and the chicken barbecued pork itself The taste is very bad, I really can’t enjoy this bowl of noodles⋯
The barbecued pork rice was not as expected at all. The meat on the top did not have the expected aroma, and the rice was cold and lumpy. I didn’t know what I was eating.
Since we had been queuing for half an hour, the ramen we were looking forward to was not doing well, and we were really a little angry. We still have to do our homework when queuing for famous restaurants, and we can't just eat whatever we see.
