The flavor of the ice cream is Japanese-style hojicha. The texture is quite creamy and the taste of hojicha is present, but it’s not very sweet. It’s just that the shape isn’t that pretty.
For iced drinks, I chose Dafu Tea. It is not the well-known kombu/umeboshi smell, but a pure light matcha flavor; the portion is not large, but the taste is refreshing, refreshing and thirst-quenching. I highly recommend it.
