Haidilao's service quality is equally strong, and every time I go there, I feel like the experience is great. Constantly helping to add water and taking away empty dishes immediately, keeping the table clean.
Previously, the store clerk recommended ordering four boxes. It would be more cost-effective to use water for two. Because I have children eating together, I am afraid that the spicy food will be mixed in, so I use four grids, which is just right. 3 large and 1 small cooking will not be too crowded. If it is really too spicy, you can rinse it with a pot of water 😂
The most recommended meals are their "Laopai Beef" and "You Tiao" cooked in a spicy pot for 10 seconds.
