When choosing lamb hotpot, opt for the yin-yang pot. The clear broth is sweet and the spicy broth is flavorful. Cooking the lamb and offals a little longer makes them tastier. The vegetables are delicious in both clear and spicy broth. If you follow the seasoning instructions, you can't go wrong, but you might want to reduce the fermented tofu by half to avoid it being too salty. The prices seem a bit more than expected, but they aren’t considered expensive. The environment has a slightly greasy feel to the floor but is relatively clean. The atmosphere is very unique, and there’s lamb at the entrance, though I’m not sure if it’s really used or just for decoration, haha!
