The texture of fat intestine noodles is similar to that of winter noodles, fully absorbing the broth and bursting with flavor. The knots formed after the small intestine is tied are very unique and delicious, providing a delightful surprise.
The texture of the powder is somewhat similar to that of mung bean noodles. I don't know if they have similar ingredients, but it absorbs the broth well, whether it's spicy or not, it's quite flavorful. The "fat intestines" should refer to small intestines. "Fat intestine powder" is just noodles with small intestine broth, but the intestines are cut into small pieces. I really liked the knots; I've never seen them before. They should be knotted small intestines... but when you bite into them, they burst with juices, so you have to be careful. They're very unique and can also be called "urinating intestines"??? I ordered them separately and enjoyed having three of them.
