This time I came to Rakusen Matsusakatei's yakiniku (there is also a sukiyaki set meal to choose from). Three people ordered a set meal for two with Chateaubriand parts (for three people, the price of the double set meal will be multiplied by 1.5).
Sea urchin raw beef👍👍👍👍👍
I am very, very picky about sea urchins. Basically, I will retching if there is even a little bit of fishy smell. However, Le Xuan’s Hokkaido sea urchin is super sweet and really fresh. It is really delicious when paired with Wagyu raw beef. I’m impressed. The deepest dish (even better than roasted pork)
The roast pork in the middle was brought over quickly because it didn’t impress me that much. It was delicious but I always felt it was a little bit off. Maybe it was because they didn’t really match the seasonings for us (there are three fixed seasonings, basically all of them). They are all stained with those), so the taste is rather single.
Chateaubriand didn't have the same impact as Ebisu Yukiko at that time. I still had the same feeling of "Huh? It's delicious..."
And actually there are some things in the set meal that I’m quite fascinated by, such as the appetizer and grilled salmon, which I really think is okay. The spinach fried in wine in the middle is also too big, and I will get tired of it after eating it. And then the wagyu beef at the end I also think the fried rice is very ordinary. I can’t eat it and I don’t want to finish it.
I don't think it's bad overall, and the portion is actually enough. However, after eating it, I felt that the price was slightly greater than the content of the food, and I didn't feel that the price really gave me the quality!
Not sure if I will pay a return visit, probably not
